Babys & Children:

Our youngest guests are welcome to spend the night for free. If wanted, we provide a baby crib.
Children until the age of 6 are free of charge as long as they sleep in their parents bed. A camp bed is charged with € 19.
Children between the ages 6 and 12 are charged with € 19. A camp bed is provided.

Beds:

The beds in our single rooms have a minimum size of 2,00m x 0,90m. The beds in our double rooms have a minimum size of 2,00m x 1,80m. Some of our double rooms have oversized beds, which are 2,10m x1,80m big.

Payment:

We accept credit cards from American Express, MasterCard, VISA and DINERS CLUB. We also accept payments by cash, debit card or advanced transfer payment.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check in on your arrival day starts at 2 p.m. and check out on your departure day is at 11 a.m.

Breakfast:

Between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. we offer our ‚kingly‘ breakfast buffet in the breakfast rooms located next to the hotel lobby.

Baggage:

On the day of your departure you are very welcome to leave your baggage in the hotel. We can store your luggage for you, free of charge. This can be helpful if, for example you want to spend a little more time in Passau or your train doesn’t depart until the afternoon.
A special service for guests leaving to go onto a cruise: we offer to transport your baggage to the ship. Please make sure to register at the reception on your day of departure, if you would like to do so.

Cruise ship guests: If you have a lot of baggage and you would like to send it to our hotel in advance, we are willing to accept your baggage one or more days before your planned arrival.

Dogs:

Dogs are welcome but have to be registered at time of reservation. We charge €10,- per night. Please notice that dogs aren’t allowed in the breakfast room.

Internet:

For your smartphone or laptop we offer access to our hotspot which is free of charge. In the hotel lobby there is a internet-computer that you can use at any time.

Non-Smoking-Hotel:

All our rooms are marked as non smoking rooms. We ask for your understanding that smoking is prohibited in all our rooms and the entire hotel area.

Reservation:

Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. In case of arrival after 6 p.m. we need your written confirmation via email or post OR a credit card confirmation, including a personal credit card number or an advanced partial payment/ payment.

Sauna & Sanarium:

Our sauna and the sanarium can be used between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. The use is free of charge. Bath robes can be borrowed from the hotel.

Shuttle to your cruise ship:

If you booked a cruise and your ship can’t be reached within walking distance, we can organize a shuttle to the landing stage in Lindau.

Cancellation:

Generally a cancellation until 6 p.m. on the arrival day is possible free of charge. For cancellations later than 6 p.m. or "No-Show" the cancellation fee is 80% of the price for the first night, as long as the room can’t be filled otherwise. Cancellations must be done in a written form (via email).
A short term delay or change of your arrival time is no problem. Please make sure to call us (+49 851-3850), so we can hold your room.

Reservation/Cancellation:

We guarantee your reservation until 6 p.m., in case you arrive after 6 p.m. we need a valid credit card with expiration date OR prepayment. There is no charge for cancellation up to 6 p.m on date of arrival. Cancellation or No-Show after that will be charged 80% of the rate for the first night, if we cannot sell the room again. If you arrive late, please call us at +49 (0)8451 3850 or send an email to info(at)hotel-koenig.de, and we will hold your room.

Students:

Students of the university in Passau are welcome to have breakfast free of charge, if their parents are staying in the hotel.
